We can provide three different types of accommodations at Knoll's Landing:
For 4 or 5 persons:
Waterfront "Cottage" - Has two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen and large seating/dinning area with bay window overlooking the conch shell path to the beach and dock. It also has a large screened-in porch that can handle all of your diving gear and fishing equipment. It is equipped with satellite-TV/VCR/DVD, one full size bed and three single beds. Great for a family or fishing group.
For 2 or 3 persons:
Waterfront "Upper Deck" apartment - Has a large deck with a spectacular view of the tall coconut trees, beautiful bay waters and white sandy beaches. It is furnished with a queen-size bed and day bed. There is a fully equipped kitchen, bath, seating/dining area and radio/CD player/TV/DVD. Lovely apartment for guests .
For 2 persons:
Waterfront 'Gazebo' Efficiency Apartment - Beautiful large apartment with a king size bed that can be converted to two single beds. The seating area has a lovely view of the garden and bay through its double glass doors. The large bath also has sliding glass doors which open onto a patio. The efficiency arrangement includes a small refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, and TV / DVD player. This a very cozy accommodation.
